Can you keep a launch secret?
Yes. We sign your NDA before the brief if you need one, share cuts only through private links and never show a film before you have launched it. Our films for SumUp stay sealed until their premiere, and yours will too.
Do you use AI?
Yes, openly. We use the newest generative tools for footage, voice, music and imagery, alongside motion design we build by hand. People direct and finish every frame. We pick tools whose terms allow commercial use, and we ask before any confidential material of yours goes near one.
Who owns the finished film?
You do. On final payment you get the full rights to use the film anywhere, for as long as you like. Music is original or properly licensed, so nothing gets taken down later.
What do you need from us?
The brief, your logo and brand guide if you have one, and access to whatever the film is about: the product, the site, the app, a deck, photos or footage. We take it from there.
Do you film on location?
Rarely needed. We build films from your product, your own footage, archive material and generated imagery. When a scene truly needs a camera and a crew, we say so up front and quote it separately.
How fast can you really go?
A first cut in five working days as standard, or in 48 hours with Express. The finish line depends on how quickly your notes come back; most films wrap within two weeks of the brief.
What if we do not like the first cut?
You approve the script and the look before anything is animated, so the first cut rarely surprises anyone. Two rounds of notes are included, and further rounds are available if you need them.
Which languages can you do?
Voice, captions and on-screen text in dozens of languages. English and Italian are checked by native speakers in the studio; for other languages we ask a native speaker on your side to sign off.
Where are you based?
London, with one foot in Italy. We work with clients anywhere, over email and a shared link, and we are happy to be in the room for the premiere.
